The Burbank International Film Festival celebrates its 15 year Anniversary September 21-24, 2023 in Downtown Burbank. This year, some of its feature films star Jane Seymour, Melora Hardin, Mickey Rourke, Dean Cain as well as over 150 short films. Festival Screenings take place at Burbank AMC 16 Theatres (125 E. Palm Ave. Burbank, CA 91502).

BIFF’s 4 day schedule comprises cinema of every genre such as Comedies; Dramas; Star-Studded Features; Student Films; Animation; Sci-Fi; Supernatural; Horror; Thrillers; Films by Women; Faith Based Films; Foreign Films; Documentaries as well as Q&A’s; Red Carpets: Celebrities; audience voting; informative panels and after-parties. BIFF culminates with the Closing Night Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony which is the highlight of the Festival. Join the fun and be entertained with a:

1) VIP All-Access Badge – Includes: Entry to all 2023 BIFF screenings at the AMC Burbank 16, the Opening Night Reception on Thursday night, the after-parties on Friday and Saturday night and the AWARDS GALA on Sunday, September 24, 2023 to be held at the BURBANK MARRIOTT CONVENTION CENTER.

2) Film Lovers Badge – Includes: Entry to all 2023 BIFF screenings at the AMC Burbank 16, the Opening Night Reception on Thursday night, the after-parties on Friday and Saturday night. (Does not include Awards gala. Those tickets must be purchased separately.)

The Burbank International Film Festival is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and its primary mission is to educate, showcase and promote up-and-coming artists in the Media Capital of the World, Burbank, CA. BIFF is committed to introducing Burbank residents to the creativity of filmmakers from around the globe, and in return showing these filmmakers the wonderful hotel, eateries and experiences Burbank has to offer.

Burbank is home to world-famous studios and production houses including Warner Bros., The Walt Disney Company, The Burbank Studios, Universal Pictures, ABC, NBC, Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network. The Burbank International Film Festival captures its home city’s rich history and movie making magic by showcasing original cinematic art from around the globe. BIFF also continues to introduce new award categories to keep its festival at the forefront of the industry.

Last year, BIFF announced the advent of the “Tim Burton Native Burbank Visionary Award” which is given to a local Burbank Filmmaker who captures the imagination of an audience just as Burbank native, Tim Burton, has done with his iconic movies. BIFF’s goal is to shine a light on the unknown artists of today, helping them become the celebrated filmmakers of tomorrow.
