JINYA is ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is serious but delicious business. From the water used to prepare the broths – only use FUJI which is 99.9 percent free from impurities – to the special aging process that the noodles undergo before they’re cooked and served, meticulous attention is given to everything that goes into your bowl. You’ll quickly see why at JINYA the philosophy is “No ramen, no life.”

I love this ramen place. To the point where my boyfriend and I eat there almost once a week.
The food is always amazing (the Tonkotsu Spicy and the Tokyo Curry Rice are my go tos). The waiters are all great at their jobs. They are always doing the most when things are packed and people are getting antsy waiting for food. Plus the atmosphere is perfect. Who doesn't love hot ramen by an open air fir pit?
Definitely one of the best places to eat in Burbank. Full Review
I've eaten ramen all over the known universe but I don't eat it these days so I'll leave that commentary to the folks who do. But overall the food and drinks were great and well-priced.
What I really want to comment on is the service here. The service was attentive, courteous, and spot-on perfect. Whoever is leading the staff here is doing a stellar job. Full Review
