Been going to 24 hour fitness my entire life..right until i discovered this gem of a gym! I came across coach Spencer and he recommended me to give it a try. Next day I signed up and cancelled my 24 membership. This gym has it all..brand new machines, nice turf, punching bags, clean and very nice locker rooms and much more. And on top of it all you gain the expert advice of Coach Spencer and his team. I thought i knew it all when it came to working out and dieting but I keep learning more everyday in their presence. So happy I came across this gym. They offer many group classes that'll kick your butt right into shape! Beginner or expert at the gym I highly recommend you check it out and give it a shot!
