Three Sisters Coffee and Tea

Three Sisters is a family-owned business with deep ties to the Burbank community. It was started in 2021 by Matt and Kristen Sagona and named for their three daughters – Danielle, Lily, and Skylar.

The building where the coffee shop is located started out as Sagona’s Custom Upholstery. It was run for over thirty years by Matt’s father, Richard Sagona, who was also a Burbank native.

Kristen’s family, the Staverts, owned Pickwick Gardens in Burbank for generations where she worked until the family eventually decided to sell the property. It was very important to Kristen to reinvest in the Burbank Community, which is how the idea of Three Sisters Coffee & Tea was born.

It is the family’s goal to provide a welcoming, happy, and inclusive environment at Three Sisters. We thank everyone for their support and look forward to you being a part of this journey with us.
