A new six-story hotel is coming to the Airport District. It will feature 150 guest rooms with a ground level bar, fitness center, and meeting rooms. The Project site is surrounded by office and retail buildings towards the south and west, retail, and industrial use towards the east, and industrial use separated by railway tracts towards the north.
