The Starlight Bowl: Where Warm Summer Nights Meet Musical Sensations

The stars have aligned and they’re shining bright on Burbank’s favorite stage! The summer concert series at the Starlight Bowl has stacked the lineup for the 2022 season making summer days a bit sweeter. Sitting high in the Verdugo Mountains, Burbank’s famed entertainment venue is a local favorite for music, fun, and family entertainment.

From July 4 to August 21, the Starlight Bowl will stay busy with concerts from a wide range of artists and performances. Concertgoers are encouraged to pack a custom picnic with food and drinks (sorry, no hard alcohol) and find the best seat in the house on the plush greenery overlooking the stage. Set up your own viewing seats or use the comfy stationary chairs to enjoy the show. But no matter where you sit, you likely won’t be sitting for long. The music in the bowl tends to pull people right out of their seats!

Kicking off the summer entertainment on Monday, July 4, 2022, The Company Men and The Soul of Broadway will rock the stage before the lights rock the sky. At 9 pm, following the performance, fix your gaze a bit higher than the stage for the second performance of the night – the 4th of July fireworks show! Although the kick-off date lands on a Monday, the remainder of the concerts will take place each Saturday during the series. Throughout the 7- week run, fans can expect an extensive offering with a little bit of everything for everyone.

See hip-hop superstar, COMMON perform with Double G’s Stardust Symphony, Lettuce, Nikka Costa, and KCRW DJ Novena Carmel on July 9. If soft rock of the ’70s and early ’80s is your thing, just sit back and let nostalgia kick in with Yachtley Crew on July 16. Corazon De Maná is a Latin-flavored Maná tribute band that will have you questioning if they’re the real thing. They are – in their own special way! On July 30, the Spazmatics and the Blockbusters will cover all the singable ‘80s and ‘90s jams; and just a week later you won’t want to miss The Fab Four: Ultimate Beatles Tribute. Although they’re not John, Paul, George, and Ringo, they sure do look and sound like them! FABBA is a renowned tribute band with a reputation crossing seas and countries. Enjoy the fantastical tribute to a legendary band. The 2022 season waves goodbye with an epic sendoff with ‘80s sensations, Thomas Anders & Talking Modern Band with Sandra. If you’re an ‘80s fan, you’ll want to wave back (and likely sing back!) during this two-night special.
