Brewer and owner, Patrick Dunn, became enamored with craft beer and its variety in college. After a few years of trying every beer he could, he decided to learn how to brew at home. The idea of developing his own twists on styles and create entirely original flavors sucked him in completely. After a few years of home-brewing while working long hours in the film industry and growing a family, he decided to take a leap. With family help (and patience) he started brewing professionally, and doing what he loves: making people happy.
With the help of his wife Laura on the business side, the two launched the 15 barrel production brewery in 2016, opened a taproom to the public in 2017 and since then they have been awarded 2022 CA Commercial Beer Award for their Cream Ale and World Beer Cup Silver Medalist for Mosaic Pilsner.

Great place to come for a refreshing drink and some killer Cuban food! I've been coming here with my family for over 20 years, and it has stayed consistently good throughout that time.
Lincoln Beer Company is my new favorite go to spot! Beer is tasty. I fell in love with the pineapple blend! Light crisp and perfect for a summer afternoon.
The Pop up Chef's tacos don't disappoint! Light, airy, delicious! I ad 4 of the Baja tacos. Delicious!

I don't know who file a complaint with, but nobody told me there was a brewery in a CASTLE and I'm feeling real peeved about all the time I've spent in normal breweries like a peasant. Are you a Shrek or a farquaad? Both are welcome here, come drink and be merry. Full Review
