Visit Burbank is proud to support events that help elevate Burbank as a premier destination for tourism, travel, and culture. Through our sponsorship program, we partner with event organizers who can demonstrate a meaningful impact on hotel room nights, community engagement, and year-round visibility for Burbank’s attractions, businesses, and neighborhoods.

Eligibility & Criteria

Applications are evaluated based on their ability to:

  • Increase hotel occupancy in Burbank during event dates
  • Drive visitation to Burbank attractions, shopping districts, and Hollywood Burbank Airport
  • Promote Burbank as a vibrant, year-round tourism destination
  • Expand Visit Burbank’s digital reach through social media and promotional efforts

Applicants must have:

  • A proven history of producing at least two large-scale citywide events
  • A strategy for tracking hotel room nights
  • A robust digital presence, including a dedicated website and active social media channels

Note: Events are strongly encouraged to avoid high-occupancy months (April, June, July, and August). Applications must be submitted at least six months prior to the proposed event date.

Sponsorship Levels

  • Gold Sponsorship – $30,000 For multi-day events attracting large audiences from regional and national markets
  • Silver Sponsorship – $20,000 For two-night events with strong reach into drive-time and flight-based feeder markets
  • Bronze Sponsorship – $10,000 For one-night events drawing a minimum of 500 attendees and supporting hotel stays

Each level includes detailed marketing expectations, brand placement opportunities, and Visit Burbank promotion across digital and on-site event materials.
