Gordon R. Howard Museum Complex

Nestled on the east side of George Izay Park, the Gordon R. Howard Museum Complex is a hidden jewel filled with a dazzling display of items detailing the city’s many stories. Stories as rich and diverse as the entertainment industry in all its variations — film, television, animation and music. Accounts about Native Americans, Spanish Rancheros and pioneers. Narratives ranging from the innovations in ranching and agricultural development, aviation and aerospace, to the joys of the car culture. From the notable and familiar to the little known and obscure, there’s a story for everyone to see and learn. You may want to consider more than one visit.

We’re open Saturdays and Sundays 1-4PM or by reservation for groups of 10 or more.
