Celebrity Vehicles Highlight the Downtown Burbank Car Classic

Famous celebrity vehicles, over 150 classic cars, automotive-related vendors, and deejays spinning music from the decades will be featured at the 7th Annual Downtown Burbank Car Classic on Saturday, August 4 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The event is free and open to the public.

To make the event that much more exciting, Magnolia Boulevard will be closed to traffic, which will extend the car show into Burbank Town Center on San Fernando Boulevard. This means more cars and more fun!

Cars from Vehicle Effects, the Television Motion Picture Car Club, the World-Famous West Coast Customs, Movie Machines, Unique Twist, and more will span six blocks of Burbank. While admiring these iconic vehicles, take a shopping break or enjoy a meal in one of Downtown Burbank’s 400 shops and restaurants.

Along with custom and vintage vehicles, the Car Classic will include a special Red Carpet Expo dedicated to famous cars from your favorite films and television shows. The show will include automobiles designed by Vehicle Effects that were driven by members of the Fast and Furious franchise, like Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, and Paul Walker. The Mustang driven by robot superhero Barricade Decepticon from the Transformers series will also be featured. Additionally, the massive off-road car driven by Jason Statham in Furious 7 (2015), designed by Movie Machines, will be on display.

Automotive and film fans alike will enjoy this highly-anticipated yearly event that takes over the streets of Downtown Burbank. We’ll see you there!
